Mildred is een van de jonge meisjes op een prestigieuze heksenacademie. Het lijkt erop dat ze niets goed kan doen en wordt gepest door klasgenoten en leraren. De directrice van de school, juffrouw Cackle, heeft een kwaadaardige tweelingzus die van plan is de school te vernietigen. Kan Mildred het plan verijdelen voordat de Grote Tovenaar naar de Academie komt voor een Halloweenfeest dat je nooit zult vergeten?!!
