De legendarische gezichtsbehandeling van de sterren Hope Goldman bereidt zich voor op de volgende fase van haar carrière door haar eigen lijn huidverzorgingsproducten te lanceren. Ze begint echter te merken dat iemand haar bedrijf probeert te saboteren en haar leven wil vernietigen nadat ze verstrikt is geraakt in een reeks bedreigende situaties. Verteerd door paranoia gaat Hope op onderzoek door heel Hollywood om erachter te komen wie verantwoordelijk is en haar bedrijf te redden – met alle mogelijke middelen.
