Tijdens een vrijgezellenfeest in een afgelegen boerderij in Californië lanceren gemaskerde indringers een brute aanval, waardoor acht vrouwen worden gedwongen te vechten om te overleven. Onder leiding van Tess, een onrustige militaire veteraan, verenigen ze zich om zichzelf te verdedigen tijdens een aangrijpende nacht.
