De regisseur Sebastián Silva zit in een dip en aan de ketamine. Hij zoekt manieren tot zelfdoding tot zijn manager hem op vakantie stuurt naar een homoseksueel naakstrand. Hij redt er de influencer Jordan Firstman van verdrinking en laat hierbij net niet het leven. Jordan wil maar al te graag met Silva samenwerken om een serie op poten te zetten, al heeft Silva daar geen zin in. Tot een televisiezender interesse toont. Wanneer Jordan in Silva's studio aankomt, is de filmmaker nergens te vinden.
