Plot

In de jaren 20 ontketent ontdekkingsreiziger Bruce Wayne per ongeluk een oud kwaad. Na een onderbreking van twee decennia keert hij weer terug naar Gotham City als Batman. Logisch en wetenschappelijk gedreven moet hij het opnemen tegen Lovecraftiaanse, bovennatuurlijke krachten die het voortbestaan van Gotham bedreigen.
