De tweelingbroers Alex en Chad worden na de dood van hun ouders gescheiden. Chad wordt in Parijs opgevoed en Alex groeit op als kleine dief in Hong Kong. Als Chad een foto van Alex ziet, zoekt hij hem op en weet hem er van te overtuigen dat zijn rivaal in Hong Kong de moordenaar van hun ouders is. Alex vertrouwt Chad niet, vooral omdat hij een oogje op zijn vriendin lijkt te hebben.
