In de nabije toekomst leert de mensheid zich aanpassen aan de kunstmatige omgeving. Deze nieuwe vorm van evolutie verandert de natuurlijke staat van mensen, transformeert hen en verandert hun biologische samenstelling. Dit controversiële versnelde evolutiesyndroom verspreidt zich op een hoog tempo. De performancekunstenaar Saul Tenser omarmt de veranderingen en laat nieuwe, nog onbekende organen in zijn lichaam groeien. Samen met zijn partner Caprice verwijdert hij deze organen vervolgens in een opvoering waarnaar ook de overheid kijkt.
