Donald Strachey krijgt met zijn meest gecompliceerde zaak ooit te maken, als zijn partner Tim hem vraagt een gulle anonieme donateur van een jeugdcentrum op te sporen. Al snel komt Donald terecht in een wervelwind van gevaar. Als dan ook nog eens de advocaat, die de donatie regelde, dood gevonden wordt, zal Donald zijn zoektocht moeten versnellen om de moordenaar te pakken te krijgen, voordat hij weer toeslaat.
