Charlie Brown en een paar van zijn vrienden gaan naar een kamp en daar ontmoeten ze Joe Aggit, een leugenachtige pestkop die aanbiedt om kinderen het knikkerspel te leren zonder ze te vertellen wat zijn ware bedoelingen zijn. Dan neemt hij hun knikkers voorgoed af. Als Rerun wordt bedrogen en zijn knikkers worden afgepakt, moet Charlie Brown zijn eigen knikkers gebruiken om de andere kinderen te helpen hun knikkers terug te krijgen. Het enige probleem is dat Charlie Brown niet weet hoe hij moet spelen.
Nee, helaas is He's a Bully, Charlie Brown nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
