Plot

Eloise (Sofia Vassilieva) is een verwende, gebruinde, zesjarige prinses. De horror van het vijfsterren Plaza Hotel in New York. Meneer Salomone (Jeffrey Tambor), de hoofdconciërge van het hotel, is bijzonder rusteloos als de kleine dame wakker is en tussen de gasten ronddwaalt. Eloise ontsnapt vaak uit de armen van de oppas. Met haar vriendelijkheid en openhartigheid slaagt het kleine meisje erin om een aantal gasten eindelijk over hun oude familieproblemen te laten praten en deze op te lossen. Onder andere een tienermeisje en haar moeder, maar ook een jonge prins en haar koppige vader, verzoenen zich door de charmante bijdrage van Eloise.
