Vinnie is de leider van een straatbende genaamd The Stompers, en doet niets liever dan dansen, zijn haar kammen en meiden versieren. Op een dag wordt hij echter smoorverliefd op de Joodse Rozzie, en als hij besluit om met haar te trouwen, keren zowel zijn familie als zijn bende zich tegen hem.
