Vincent (Ymanol Perset) is een jonge wapenhandelaar en een begaafd schietinstructeur bij de nationale politie. Zijn lot verandert ingrijpend wanneer hij terechtkomt in een spiraal van geweld, die ingezet wordt door de ontmoeting met Milo (Joey Starr), een corrupte agent.
