Jack Benteen, een Texas Ranger, was ooit bevriend met Cash Bailey, de lokale drugshandelaar. Het enige wat ze nu nog verbindt is de vriendin van Jack, die de maitresse van Cash geweest is. Sarita gaat vrijwilig als gijzelaar naar Cash terug, zodat Jack zich niet met zijn zaken zal bemoeien. Het komt tot een ontknoping tijden een grote raid van de CIA.
