Terwijl Miki en Kaori de inauguratie van het Bay City-complex bijwonen, dwaalt Ryô, die zijn uitnodigingskaart kwijt is, door de straten op zoek naar het adres van de receptie. Hij komt dan een charmante jonge vrouw tegen die achtervolgd blijkt te worden door Falcon. Ze maakt gebruik van Ryo's tussenkomst en vlucht aan boord van een luxe Rolls Royce. De twee vrienden zetten vervolgens de achtervolging in, die hen rechtstreeks naar het Bay City hotel leidde...
