Siam zit diep in de nesten. Hij is drugsdealer in het fictieve land Lingapura, vlak bij Singapore, en heeft een partij drugs van zijn wrede baas verloren, die een bloedhekel aan geklungel heeft. Siam moet zijn fout goedmaken en roept een vriend te hulp, in een wanhopige poging het geld terug te verdienen. Maar alles gaat mis: wat begint als een eenvoudige missie ontaardt al snel in chaos en Siams leven komt volledig op zijn kop te staan.
