De cameraman Harvey Denton (Colin Friels) is bezig met een marketingfilm in Australië. Hij komt erachter dat zijn inmiddels overleden vader geheime nucleaire tests heeft gefilmd, die ervoor gezorgd hebben dat een groot aantal Aboriginals de dood vond. Harvey begint een zoektocht naar de waarheid.
