Eddie, een agent uit Hong Kong, wordt na een ongeluk met een mysterieuze medaillon plotseling een Highbinder, een onsterfelijke strijder met bovenmenselijke krachten. Samen met agente Nicole is hij vastberaden om de geheimen van het medaillon te ontsluieren, en de slechte Highbinders te verslaan die 'm terug willen.
