De roekeloze Ricky verdient flink geld met de handel in illegale wapens in het drie staten gebied en pronkt daar graag mee. Handelsreiziger Cliff bestrijkt hetzelfde gebied waar Ricky wapens doorheen schiet. Wanhopig op zoek naar financiële verlichting voor zijn worstelende familie, stemt Cliff ermee in om samen te werken met Ricky, om drugs- en wapenleveringen tussen de staten te regelen voor een Amerikaanse kartelbaas uit het middensegment, John. Wanneer een simpele uitwisseling uitmondt in een bloedbad nadat Ricky iedereen heeft vermoord tijdens een territoriumgreep, bevindt het tweetal zich in een snelkookpan situatie waarin de onwaarschijnlijke drugsdealer Cliff zo hard als hij kan moet vechten om in leven te blijven.
