Professioneel bokser Sam bereidt zich in de gevangenis ijverig voor op zijn re-integratie in de maatschappij. Tijdens een verlof haalt zijn verleden hem in en heeft hij maar één keuze: vluchten. Vijf jaar later heeft Sam op een Thais eiland het rustige leven opgebouwd waar hij altijd van droomde. Dan wordt hij gechanteerd door een lokale gangsterbaas en zo terug in de criminaliteit gedwongen. Als Sam wil stoppen, wordt zijn gezin aangevallen en besluit hij getergd om desnoods heel Thailand te doorkruisen op jacht naar meedogenloze wraak.
