Mary is wanhopig op zoek naar een remedie voor haar chronische, angstaanjagende nachtmerries. Bovendien kampt ze met een gebroken gezin. Uiteindelijk waagt ze de sprong in het diepe naar een teruggetrokken holistische arts. Maar naarmate haar helderheid toeneemt, ontdekt ze het angstaanjagende mysterie achter zijn obscure methoden.
