Radiopresentator Elvis Cooney neemt tijdens het maken van zijn programma een mysterieus telefoontje aan. De onbekende persoon aan de andere kant van de lijn dreigt tijdens de uitzending het hele gezin van Elvis vermoorden. Om zijn dierbaren te redden, moet de radiopresentator een overlevingsspel spelen. De enige manier om te winnen, is door de identiteit van de misdadiger te achterhalen.
