Het verhaal draait rond een zwarte smid, die wapens smeedt voor de bewoners van een afgelegen dorpje in feodaal China. Wanneer een transport met goud in de buurt van het dorpje wordt ontdekt, wil iedereen vechten om ook maar wat van deze buit mee te pikken, zo ook de Europese Jackknife. Het is aan de 'Lion Clan' om deze buit van de keizer te beschermen.
Nee, helaas is The Man with the Iron Fists nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
