Nu de Koude Oorlog afgelopen is moet sergeant Bilko wel wennen aan zijn nieuwe taken, maar hij is nog steeds een vaderfiguur voor de nieuwe recruten die onder zijn bevel vallen. Onder de nieuwelingen is ook Wally Holbrook, die er al snel achter komt dat Ernie Bilko meer kanten heeft dan het gebouw van het pentagon.
Nee, helaas is Sgt. Bilko nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
