De vriendinnen Deidre, Heather en Charlotte weten eindelijk wat tijd samen door te brengen. Ze trekken naar de Mojavewoestijn waar ze extra volgers op hun social media willen verzamelen met behulp van een meteorenregen. De trip eindigt in een gevecht om te overleven wanneer een buitenaardse kracht hen en de hele planeet bedreigt.
