Daphne is uitgekozen om de hoofdrol te spelen in een vampierfilm en haar vrienden van het onderzoeksteam zijn erg blij met haar succes. Zodra het filmen begint, wordt echter duidelijk dat er onder de acteurs een echte vampier zit die vastbesloten is de film te verpesten. Dit zet Scooby Doo en zijn vrienden ertoe aan een gewaagd onderzoek te beginnen, gericht op het vinden van de vampier en het neutraliseren ervan voordat het te laat is.
Nee, helaas is Scooby-Doo! Music of the Vampire nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
