Het koninkrijk dat boven in de lucht zweeft en gratis doodles als energiebron gebruikt, ‘Rakuga Kingdom’. Maar nu ze worden geconfronteerd met een gebrek aan energie, staan ze op de rand van de ondergang. Om het maken van doodles te forceren, begint het leger van het koninkrijk zijn aanval op Kasukabe aan de oppervlakte! Ondertussen, terwijl de tekeningen beginnen te bewegen, is de held aan wie de verborgen schat van het koninkrijk wordt geschonken, het ‘Miracle Crayon’, niemand minder dan de ‘super vrolijke 5-jarige’, Nohara Shinnosuke!! Samen als de ‘Almost Four Heroes’ proberen Shinnosuke en de getekende doodles Kasukabe terug te nemen! Onder hen ontdekken ze de zwakte van de doodles, waar ze oplossen bij contact met water! Tot overmaat van ramp zweeft er een regenwolk boven die elk moment lijkt te kunnen gaan regenen...
