Molly is na alle vorige gebeurtenissen nu een freelance-fotografe in New York. Tijdens een expositie komt ze een vrouw tegen die haar bekend voorkomt. Na een tijdje ontdekt ze dat de vrouw in feite haar eigen moeder is. Van enige vrolijke hereniging is geen sprake als haar moeder vertelt dat haar zus in levensgevaar is, en vlak daarna overlijdt bij een aanslag. Molly zal opnieuw de identiteit van Angel moeten aannemen om haar zus te wreken.
Nee, helaas is Angel III: The Final Chapter nog niet beschikbaar op Netflix in Nederland.
