Nadat de onrustige tiener Katie tot huisarrest is veroordeeld, wordt Katie verliefd op een aantrekkelijke jongeman genaamd John, die net naast de deur is komen wonen. Hoewel hun affaire op het eerste gezicht onschuldig lijkt, raakt Katie er steeds meer van overtuigd dat er bij John meer aan de hand is dan op het eerste gezicht lijkt.
