Chris Troiano (Jason Gedrick) is eigenaar van de meest trendy club aan de Zuidkust van Miami. Hij moet zijn hoofd boven water zien te houden in een wereld van maffioso en drugs. Ondertussen houdt de politie de club goed in de gaten, wachtend op een moment om toe te slaan.
