Tijdens een romantisch uitje op een tropisch eiland met haar vriend besluit Robin Monroe om haar magazine te helpen door een interessant verhaal op een nabij gelegen eiland te coveren. Het enige vliegtuig op het eiland wordt bestuurd door Quinn Harris, een stevige drinker.
