Het verhaal draait om de mysterieuze verdwijning van Hans en Grietje. Op het moment van de verdwijning bevindt Roodkapje zich in een verafgelegen land in een geheim trainingskamp, waar ze traint met de 'Sister Hoods'. Wanneer ze samen met de Wolf wordt opgeroepen om de verdachte verdwijning te onderzoeken, gaan ze op stap om Hans en Grietje te redden. Dat gaat echter niet zonder obstakels
