Noelle heeft een hekel aan de feestdagen en werkt in een warenhuis. Het is kerstavond en Noelle wordt per ongeluk opgesloten in het warenhuis. Noelle komt die avond in contact met een vrouw die beweert dat ze haar beschermengel is. Volgens haar kan Noelle elke keer wanneer zij een ander paar schoenen aan past op magische wijze terugkeren naar het verleden van Kerstmis.
