Scooby-Doo en zijn vrienden worden geconfronteerd met een een beruchte bende. Batman schiet hen te hulp, en slaagt erin Scooby-Doo en zijn vrienden te redden. Maar dan krijgt Batman te maken met een onopgeloste zaak uit zijn verleden: de mysterieuze "Crimson Cloak" duikt opnieuw op, en wil Gotham overnemen.
