De verloofde van Roman wordt ontvoerd door een stel mensenhandelaars. Samen met zijn broers, een stel voormalige militairen, willen ze haar opsporen voor het te laat is. Tijdens hun missie ontmoet Roman Avery, een politieagent die onderzoek doet naar mensenhandel en ook de corrupte bureaucratie, die kwade bedoelingen heeft, bestrijdt.
