Een jong koppel koopt hun droomhuis, dat in een buitenwijk van New Orleans staat. Het koppel heeft een hoger bod gedaan dan Madison, de moeder van een dochter die speciale zorg nodig heeft. Madison, die het huis erg graag wil hebben, begint het koppel te stalken. Ze is vastbesloten het koppel weg te jagen en deinst voor niets terug.
