Alfi is een werknemer die ernaar streeft de baas te worden. Hij deelt een flat met zijn collega's Rene en Aryo en de Thaise expat Sukun. Alfi is verliefd op Amira, de dochter van zijn baas, Mr. Jeremy. Dan blijkt dat Mr. Jeremy, die onlangs weduwnaar is geworden, gevoelens te ontwikkelen voor Alfi's moeder, die ook recentelijk haar partner heeft verloren. Met de hulp van zijn flatgenoten probeert Alfi van deze situatie gebruik te maken om zijn doelen te bereiken.
