Diep in de jungle heeft een gestoorde wetenschapper blauwe pilletjes uitgevonden die een permanente erectie veroorzaken. Het drugskartel en een militante kerk bevechten elkaar over de pilletjes. Ze streven namelijk allebei naar wereldheerschappij. Alles komt echter goed, want privédetective Dace Decklan zit op de zaak.
