Op dezelfde ochtend dat één of andere griezel koffie over haar heen gooit, loopt Ashley een man tegen het lijf die haar bekend voorkomt. Hij heet Michael en is een vaste klant bij de boordjeszaak waar ze werkt. Michael biedt aan haar te helpen en vrolijkt haar op. Ook nodigt hij Ashley uit om wat te gaan eten en drinken. Samen brengen ze de dag op een vorstelijke manier door. Halverwege de middag bekent Michael dat er iemand is die wil dat Ashley een geweldige dag heeft. Wie is het en waarom is dit geregeld? En hoe zal Ashley reageren als ze eindelijk erachter komt?
