Harry Penderecki, ooit een prijswinnende horror-regisseur, krijgt al jaren geen voet meer in Hollywood. Al jaren zonder hitfilm, denken de meeste mensen in de filmindustrie dat hij afgedaan heeft. Harry krijgt nog een kans om zichzelf te bewijzen. Hij kan zijn beste of laatste film maken. Op de set van Brutal Massacre gebeuren de vreemdste dingen, terwijl Harry probeert zijn verstand te bewaren.
