Een oorlogsveteraan krijgt de taak een belangrijke positie te vervullen op een militaire academie, om deze van de ondergang te redden. Eenmaal aangekomen ontmoet hij de decaan, een vrouw die een heel andere denkwijze heeft. Om de academie te redden besluit het tweetal hun verschillen aan de kant te zetten en de samenwerking aan te gaan. Maar is dit niet makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan?
