Op maandagochtend wordt een Japanse kantoorklerk wakker in een hotelkamer, zonder zich iets van het weekend te herinneren. Maar het moet heftig zijn geweest, want als hij de televisie aanzet ziet hij op het nieuws hoe de politie hem buiten opwacht.
