Lili Grisenko is de verpleegkundige van Joseph Stalin, die in 1953 helemaal niet is overleden. De dood van Stalin was een zwendel, waarbij de leider deed alsof hij was overleden. Stalin heeft zijn gezicht chirurgisch laten veranderen en is vervolgens met een fortuin aan de Sovjetgeld in het geheim naar Griekenland vertrokken. Lili, die ook de maîtresse van Stalin is, heeft aan niemand verteld naar waar zij vertrokken is. Lili's tweelingzus Greta constateert dat ze vermist is en maakt zich zorgen. Ze huurt de geheim agent Steve Anderson in om haar te vinden.
