In de ruige straten van de Londense wijk East End willen een Servische ex-commando en een 14-jarige jongen wraak nemen op een machtige misdaadbaas en zijn meedogenloze luitenanten. In de voorbereiding op het gevecht tegen de vijand wordt de jongen onderricht in de duistere kunst van het moorden en leert hij de echte betekenis van vriendschap, eer en respect kennen.
