New York City. Een jonge vrouw (Alice Eve) haast zich om de trein van 1.30 uur naar Boston te halen. Onderweg wordt ze overvallen en lijkt ze er helemaal alleen voor te staan. Vervolgens ontmoet ze een man (Chris Evans) waarmee ze in de loop van de nacht een onwaarschijnlijke band opbouwt.
