Door een ongeluk met de militaire satelliet Death Mask worden de steden Dallas in de VS en Kujukuri in Japan volledig vernietigd, maar de inwoners overleven het. Danbala Gai, een lid van Time Control, reist 10000 jaar in de toekomst wanneer de Aarde door vreemde wezens wordt geregeerd en de twee steden hun eigen naties hebben gevormd. Gai komt in aanraking met Prime Rose, een meisje dat wraak wil nemen op de moordenaar van haar verloofde, Prins Pirar. Hij mag zich als lid van Time Control eigenlijk nergens mee bemoeien, maar hij deelt haar uiteindelijke doel: het herstel van vrede op Aarde.
