Ellie DeWitt en Janis Zuckermann hebben zich aangemeld voor een strenge FBI-trainingschool. Ze krijgen harde lessen, waarin ze leren hoe te moeten om gaan met wapens en herkenbare misdaden. Na een psychisch onderzoek blijkt dat Ellie een sterke vrouw blijkt te zijn en Janis een slimme student. Als ze eenmaal alle testen hebben doorstaan, worden ze toegelaten tot de FBI.
