Elizabeth is een ervaren leidinggevende die, nadat ze van haar baas heeft gehoord dat ze aandachtiger moet luisteren naar anderen en de groep voorop moet stellen, een helper van de Kerstman ontmoet, die haar met een uitzonderlijke gave zegent.
