Na een tragisch ongeluk verliest Luke Gibson niet alleen z’n zwangere vrouw; ook z’n complete geheugen is hij kwijt. Hope Industries, een innovatief psychisch centrum, installeert echter een implantaat in Luke’s hoofd waardoor hijzelf in leven blijft. De implantaat is daarentegen niet zonder gevolgen als blijkt dat Hope Industries sinistere plannen heeft met de nieuwe technologie.
