Liberty Wallace, de mooie vrouw van de machtigste wapenfabrikant ter wereld, wordt op weg naar het theater gebeld. De mysterieuze beller dreigt een bom te laten ontploffen wanneer zij niet precies doet wat hij van haar eist. Uit het feit dat een laserstraal, afkomstig van een sluipschutter haar borst belicht, moet duidelijk zijn dat de beller serieus genomen moet worden. De wraakzuchtige sluipschutter, wiens dochter gedood is door een geweer uit de collectie van Liberty, is uit op 'rechtvaardigheid' zonder ruimte voor onderhandelingen...
