Het is 2003, Cale is aangesteld als nieuwe directrice van CHAANK, een controversiële wapenfabriek. Al gauw ontdekt ze dat één van de werknemers, Jack Dante, in het geheim werkt aan een moordmachine. Als er uiteindelijk een collega versnippert terug gevonden wordt, zet ze alles op alles om Dante tegen te houden...
